Ordering & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across South Florida. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a delivery update once your order is on its way!

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Nope! Our team will place your plants and products in a safe spot near your front door or garage. If you have special instructions, you can add them at checkout.

Are your plants guaranteed?

Yes! We want your plants to thrive. If your plant doesn’t arrive healthy, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

How do I know how much mulch I need?

In the product description, you can find how many square feet our mulch covers and at what thickness. If you are unsure, send us a picture and we can help!

Will the plants look exactly like the photos?

Plants are living things, so no two are identical. We guarantee size and quality, but natural variations make each plant unique.

How do I care for my new plants?

Each plant comes with a quick care guide. You can also visit our Planting Tips page or check out Twiggy’s Tips in our emails for easy, expert advice.

What if pests show up on my plants?

Pests can happen! Most issues are minor and treatable with neem oil or insecticidal soap. If you’re unsure, send us a photo and we’ll guide you on next steps.

Returns & Replacements

What if something arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 days with photos. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
