Refunds & Replacements Policy
At Jungle Plants, we take pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants with a 100% plant guarantee. Because plants are living, perishable items, we maintain a final sale policy with limited exceptions outlined below.
Our 100% Plant Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Please email info@jungleplants.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the plant(s) showing the issue
- Plants must remain in their original pots and unplanted condition
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Ordering Carefully Matters
We encourage all customers to review their order details before checkout. Due to the nature of our products:
- Orders placed incorrectly (wrong plant, size, or quantity) are not eligible for a full refund
- Approved returns (if accepted) must be unused, unplanted, and in original condition
- A restocking and redelivery fee (minimum $50) will apply
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
What We’re Unable to Cover
We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Plants that have been planted, repotted, or altered
- Damage caused by lack of watering, improper care, or environmental conditions
- Natural variations in plant size, fullness, or color

Change of mind after delivery
Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer. Plants require timely watering and proper placement, especially in Florida’s climate.
We recommend inspecting your plants immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Chargebacks & Support
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly—we’re always happy to help.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, as we are able to resolve most concerns quickly through our support team. We provide delivery confirmation and order documentation for all transactions.
